Our Services may contain links to external websites, advertisements, or integrations provided by third parties. Tieunity is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.

• All services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of services.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tieunity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The Company is not responsible for data loss, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from service use.
• You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tieunity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.
• Upon termination, your user data may be permanently deleted.
• Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We respect intellectual property rights. Users must not upload or share infringing content.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• We may modify this Agreement at any time.
• Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
